Что я пытаюсь заесть?
Всегда были небольшие проблемы с весом. Списывала это на метаболизм и все в таком духе. Сейчас понимаю что просто много жру! Если есть в доме что то вкусное не могу остановиться. Умом понимаю что мой вес просто зашкаливает и нужно что то делать. Но продолжаю себя добивать вкусняшками. Что со мной не так?
