Боязнь успеха
Добрый день. У меня такая проблемка: мне кажется, что я боюсь успеха. Хочется достичь высот. Стоит мне заняться достижением цели, как тут же меня охватывает страх, что я возможно не справлюсь с поставленной целью, задачей. Я пытаюсь себя насторить на нужный лад, говоря и внушая себе положительные аффирмации, но этот страх умудряется пролезть через какие-то щели и все портит. Я устала с ним бороться, Может с ним как-то можно договориться?
