Since January 2016. For a psychoanalytic therapist, sharing personal details is inappropriate—not out of secrecy, but because the therapist’s ‘anonymity’ allows clients to project their own images, fantasies, and associations, making it easier to overcome difficulties. Writing about myself for me means describing my professional approach and principles. The people who come to me are neither ‘good’ nor ‘bad’—they are shaped by life, genetics, environment, upbringing, and personal experience. I do not judge actions but seek to understand the roots of fears, anxieties, and struggles to help clients move forward with greater awareness. I believe each person has their own pace of reflection, so sessions are guided by the client’s needs, with space and time provided accordingly. Everything shared in sessions remains confidential. For me, confidentiality is the foundation of trust, and I work carefully and respectfully with clients’ stories, emotions, and thoughts.
