For women, issues may include the emotional impact of abortion or experiences of physical and psychological abuse. Adolescents often seek support for war-related stress, academic challenges, career or life path decisions, peer conflicts, parent-child tensions, mood swings, suicidal ideation, and other distressing situations. Children may present with war-related stress, learning difficulties, heightened anxiety or irritability, hyperactivity, shyness, social withdrawal, specific fears (darkness, heights, being alone), nightmares, effects of parental divorce, aggressive behavior, frequent illnesses, or other concerns. The psychologist also offers career guidance for all age groups.
