Areas of focus
I value deep human contact above all, understanding that no one is perfect, but everyone is alive - and has already learned to overcome adversity in their own way. I help overcome them in a new way so that there is less suffering.
I work with issues that arise in relationships with oneself and others, during periods of change, crisis, and the search for new supports.
In particular, I help address difficulties in building close relationships, repetitive scenarios, conflicts, boundary issues, fear of intimacy, or rejection.
I can also help when it is difficult to recognize, express, or endure feelings and emotions, as well as with self-esteem, self-doubt, excessive self-criticism, and the need to meet others' expectations.
My particular expertise is working with procrastination, difficulties with motivation, emotional burnout, and chronic stress, when resources are becoming increasingly scarce and the usual ways of coping no longer work, and you need to find your own pace.
I also support people in experiencing loss and grief - the loss of loved ones, relationships, a familiar lifestyle, home, plans, or an important part of their own identity.
And the pervasive theme among my clients is usually personal development and finding themselves: rethinking life values, choices, goals, and priorities, finding new ways to be themselves and build a life that better meets their own needs and desires.
However, it is not necessary to come with a clearly formulated request. Sometimes it is enough to feel that "something in my life is going wrong" - together we can explore what exactly is happening and where you want to move next.
In contact with clients, I am good at understanding their needs "between the lines" and giving them plenty of space to speak up and be heard. I support both spontaneous processes and offer clarity and structure. I am suitable for long-term support on the path of personal change.
