The method is a synthesis of knowledge and developments in various areas : in psychology, psychotherapy, sexology and physical therapy, the main task of which is to restore and preserve the psychological, physiological and sexual health of a woman.
The originality of the method lies in the combination of individual psychological therapy with the use of physical exercises (body-oriented therapy, physical education and health exercises) , which allows a woman to focus attention on herself and her sexuality.
Form of work: Individual consultations.
Audience: women (18+).
Brief description:
Diagnosis and subsequent correction of a woman’s sexual and psychological views on intimate life and relationships with a partner :
- the influence of various factors on the sexuality of a couple (culture, upbringing, life experience, physical, emotional and psychological state);
- ethics and morality of sexuality;
- modesty;
- sexual taboos;
- sexual satisfaction and its impact on relationships in a couple;
- sexual “literacy”;
- sensual side of sexuality;
- problematic attitude towards the intimate sphere;
- individual differences in the sexual behavior of partners;
- “familiarity” with sexuality (your own and your partner);
- anatomy and physiology of sexuality.
The technique is aimed at harmonizing sexual relationships in a couple.
