What is Group-analysis Therapy in simpler terms explained by 1 practicing psihologists.

Ukrainian therapists describe how group-analysis therapy works.

What is group analysis?
Group analysis is a method of research, development, treatment, which provides the necessary conditions for the possibility of understanding unconscious mental processes, in the conditions and framework of a group. The group is organized and functions as a powerful therapeutic tool. Group members learn to understand the content of their relationships with others and rethink their experiences. The group helps to become aware of themselves, in space and time specially designed for this. The work of the analytical group is revealed through the relationship of the participants, through questions of love and hatred, overcoming fears and limitations, through the stories of each of the group members, attention to dreams and analysis of fantasies. We can say that the group is a tiny model of the entire world of people, which includes the history of this world, its present and future.
