Psychotrauma is not always a one-time event. It can work like an accumulative system. We, like a sponge, absorb blow after blow until we reach a critical point - that’s when a global breakdown of the nervous system occurs - the psyche “breaks” and begins to work in violation. This leads to borderline or clinical conditions, neuroses, psychosomatic diseases. A person with psychotrauma perceives the world and himself through the prism of this trauma. He thinks through trauma, his emotional reactions through trauma, his behavior patterns are formed on trauma.
Traumatic therapy is living the life cycle of trauma without retraumatization from its occurrence to complete release on three levels : cognitive, emotional and physical, as well as finding and consolidating authentic values, emotional reactions and behavior patterns. This is a deep process of complementary approaches: clinical and phenomenological.![]()
